List Teams

List the teams conversations can be routed to in one workspace, ordered by name. The whole workspace is returned: there is no "teams I belong to" filter, because an API key carries no agent identity to resolve it against. The assignment engine's own configuration — the sweep interval and the auto-assignment strategy — is internal and not published; allowAutoAssign is the stable fact about whether work lands on a team automatically. Every operation is scoped by the required workspaceId. A workspace-scoped API key that names any other workspace is refused with 403 before any query runs, so a workspace key can only ever reach its own workspace.
